Factory Reset: Try the following steps if you fail building connection between two earbuds or between earphones and devies.

1.Forget the pairing name "DUDIOS Tic" on all of the devices.

2.Manually turn off both earbuds. Then press the multifunction button of both earbuds for 10s, until both earbuds falsh green indicator light for triple times.

Note: Both right and left earbuds can work separately or simutaneously. When you used the earbuds as a pair, the pairing name appear in your Bluetooth list is "DUDIOS Tic"; When the left earbud is used alone, the pairing name will be "DUDIOS Tic L"; When the right earbud is used alone, the pairing name is also "DUDIOS Tic".


SMART TOUCH CONTROL 1. Triple tap the Multifunction button of your left earbud to activate the Voice Assistant; Double tap the Multifunction button to play/pause your music; 2. Hold and press the MFB of left earbud for 2s to play previous song; Hold and press the MFB of right earbud for 2s to play next song; 3.Double tap the MFB to answer/hang up phone call; Hold and press the MFB for 2s to reject phone call. Note: The smart touch area is a 8mm circle started from the center of the earbuds.	BINAURAL STEREO CALL When making phone calls, binaural call function of our wiress earbuds are designed for a natural call experience. It provides an premium stereo sound and also include CVC noise reduction, so you can stay immersed into your music and taking phone calls with zero interruption.	ONE-STEP PAIRING 1.Take out R and L earbuds from the case, and they will automatically enter into TWS pairing mode. Question: I don't know how to determine when the earbuds themselves are fully charged. Answer: The indicator light of the earbuds flash red when they start to charge, and the indicator light turn off when they are fully charged.
